Celebrate In Sparkle Refund/Return Policy

Thank you for choosing to buy from Celebrate In Sparkle! I endeavour to insure you're happy with your purchase.

Given the personalised nature of my items, I can only accept returns if they arrive damaged. Please note you must notify me within 48 hours of receiving your order to report any issues you may have. Photographic evidence may be requested for any damage. If an order arrives damaged, I will offer a replacement or a full/partial refund.

Due to the bespoke nature of my shop items I cannot offer refunds for a change of mind. Any modifications or misspellings  must be requested ASAP to ensure I haven't started making your personalised items.
